Re: Sunglasses

I have a pair of Longiness in the VW and Police sunglasses in Alfa. I never wear glasses on the street, only for driving. No idea why....

Re: Sunglasses

At the moment I use some no brand shades with mirror finish ice blue lenses.

I'm thinking of getting a pair of these :
Oakley Juliets with Ice polarised lenses
http://cgi.ebay.ie/New-Oakley-Sungla...QQcmdZViewItem

or maybe Oakley Half Jackets with Ice polarised lenses.

Another reason I probally going for one of these styles is that I can changes the lenses if I need to

Just one concern, I'm afraid that the Ice polarised lenses might be to dark for driving unless it is very bright, has anyone used these or have any comments ?

Re: Sunglasses

I am really surprised that so many of you buy designer sunglasses! I never, ever look at labels on anything - I just buy what I like so long as it's under £2.50

My sunglasses are prescription Specsavers - I've no idea what make! They came free with my glasses

Try a decent pair Julie. Shenoa used to be the same until she tried my Oakleys.

Oakley lenses are awesome, I use the hi contrast one's in poor light conditions and it makes a world of difference even if you do look a bit of a knob with see through yellow shades

Re: Sunglasses

I got these last year
New Oakley Sunglasses Juliet Plasma Ice Polarized on eBay, also, Men's Accessories, Clothes, Shoes Accessories (end time 26-Jun-08 21:02:50 BST)

I always had cheapies before these & the difference is amazing, I went for the polarized ones & they are great for cutting down glare & can even be worn on dull days as they aren't too dark

I will never again buy anything but Oakley Polarized lenses again, they are definately worth the money.

P.S. I don't work for Oakley, honest

Re: Sunglasses

I just couldn't justify the money for a pair of specs that will a) get broken or b) get lost or c) both of the former!

I've just zoomed into the nearest town wearing my old specs because I couldn't find any of my new ones

I just don't 'do' designer anything. Cheap date me

Sorry.......£175 for sunglasses

My head is having difficulty getting round that - and I bet they're not the most expensive.

Lordy! I'm going to be going on about that all day now!

When you wear sunglasses as often as I have to it's worth the extra.
