It's pretty obvious who on this thread was exposed to super heroes via the movies and who read/reads the four colour pages. (Yes I know they're not four-colour any more, but I'm old. )

Supoosedly the surfer is supposed to make an appearance in the next FF movie. Whether that is good or bad from your point of view depends on what you thought of the first film.

never read any of the comics myself, just watch the films so im probably a heathen!!! some are very good some are rubbish

first 3 batman films were good as was the last one, original 2 superman good current one ok, first 2 Xmen very very good, then they let bryan singer go and 3rd one wasnt as good, remake of the punisher with john revolting and tomas jane very good never seen the original, im gonna stick my neck out and say i liked Judge Dredd but then ive never read the comics. never even heard of hellboy before i saw the fim, loved every minute of it but then i like ron perlman, one of my favourite actors.

apparently the guy who wrote The League of extraordinary gentleman and V for Vendetta, lives here in good old Northampton, bit of a recluse but he was in the paper when the film of V for vendetta came out saying it was bugger all to do with him and he demanded his name was left off the credits, i can see why, it was awful.
