What Oil/Fat Do You Fry With?

So...what oil/fat do you fry the majority of your food with?

A lack of random polls lately so thought I'd start one!

Sunflower for frying.
Olive for everything else.

This. Although I don't use olive oil in mayonnaise. Not that I make it very often.

Oh, and butter with a dash of sunflower for stuff like curries.

Seasame oil for stir fries - fantastic flavour

Olive oil for most other things, unless it's at a very high temperature (i.e. steaks)

Depends what I'm cooking. Vegetable or sunflower oil for some things, olive oil for most others. Simples.
