what do you cook with?

so is it electric, gas or both for you?

Electric on both, but would much rather a Gas unit... An Aga would be a result

Gas hob for it's turn on and off-ability and electric oven so you can't kill yourself

Electric both, but not by choice. My last cooker was a range with 2 electric fan ovens and a gas hob and I loved it.

We have no gas in our village so unless I get a gas tank I'll have to stick with my leckie....


.....but I want an induction hob - one that you can touch even when its on and not get burnt - works on the metal contact of certain pans Very controllable.

except the fire... that's real. When we have the fire on we boil a metal teapot on top of it for tea/coffe
