I hear a rumour the government is not prepared to give any further funds to the police for fuel and as we all know fuel prices have gone through the roof. They have said that if they can catch and fine more motorists for any offence they can keep some of the money to pay for fuel.

I think it will be the fact we are wasting too much food. So they will tax us on that "To discourage waste".
