Justified or double standards???
So walking down from work to the train station, I see a smart car with a CCTV camera sticking out of the roof. If you know London/Charing cross area, it was at the bottom of St Martins Lane.
It was there in the morning at 11:00AM and still there 22:00, I reckon monitoring the junction as you cannot turn right and many people do often causing minor jams.
Now the thing is, to get a view of the junction the CCTV Smart was parked on double yellow line. Now the road is wide enough and to be honest I don't think the double yellows should be there, but none the less the law is the law.
So do you think it is justified to park on double yellow lines (no parking) to monitor a junction where people break the law, or is this double standards?
