For what it is worth, I've been trying to figure when we are allowed to express our opinion on the changes to WOT recently and if they would be heard. I am not bothered by the other changes to the forum as I can see those benefits. Nomad interpretation of my fustration and what I am trying to ask is correct. I too know BF well and he does me. He's welcome to pull me on anything he wants. I hope he understands the angle I'm coming from and if not, well then, I've failed again

What does it matter anyway, this poll is being voted on my two/three sides of people on a singular poll. Some think it's about the general changes to the forum, which I have said I agree with and looks better. Others are focusing on just the changes to WOT, which I believe was the intention of the poll, and thus voting on that. Some haven't a clue what is all about and are voting that way (perhaps?). Whatever the result to this poll now, it'll be uncertain what the numbers actually reflect.

Actually I thought the original question in the opening thread was quite specific Kurzon:

"Have the changes introduced recently to the way chat / drivel threads
are dealt with on AO made your life on here more fulfilling ?? Or has it
made you sad. Perhaps it hasn't made the slightest bit of difference."

There is no mention of the changes to the tecnical lounges or general changes

I do have to agree with Kurzon that the wording of this thread means the results of it are irrelevant to the argument currently ongoing.

Got to be honest, I'm normally the first to complain, but, I've given the changes a chance, and feel that the changes have not made a huge difference to my posting or use of the site.

I'm the only one who has voted "other" so far. It takes a time to get around the forum now but it will get better as we get used to it - not prepared to judge yet.

Just one observation - threads seem to move along quite slowly now; I guess that's a function of the division into different lounges.
