Not for me, thanks. Ugly, tacky things that detract from rather than decorate any natural beauty.

Depends where and what they are? 'Wee Horned Devil', with his trident, close to the furnace, is not amiss, imo.

Who gives a [censored] what they'll look like later in life?
Tattoos are an individual thing, and they're a 'now' thing.
Balls to tomorrow, because it might never come

'cos they're pretty much permanent! not like earings or fancy nails, not even like henna tattoos which can be changed or removed.
Also the older they get the more hideous they look 'cos they fade.
You only have to look at blokes who've had them for years - on some you can hardly read the writing 'cos it's faded and spread a bit (and lost colour intensity).
They're ok for a night out or even for a face paint giggle at the rugby or footie....but permanently.?
....Nah

Re: Tatoos on women. Is it a turn off?
No, but a butterfly on an arse cheek is ok. anywhere else is just wrong, especially anything on a shoulder blade, that'll look dead classy on your wedding day
