HELP, strange loss of power on my 156

Dear fellow Alfa owners,

I have a problem with my Alfa 156 TS (W). When I accelrate i feel a loss of power, almost like the cars being pull back and then after about 2/3 seconds (sometimes longer) the power seems to come flooding back.

I've changed the Air Flow meter, lambda sensor and the fuel pump. Although it's improved the problem, It's not completly gone away.

I wondered if anybody has any advice, or suffered any similar problems.

I'd be greatful for any replys.

Sounds like a throttle issue.. The twinny has an idle control valve, could be that sticking part open or closed when it shouldn't do..
