Want buy Alfadiag interface.....

.....i'm not a big brain in interfaces, and i just need to but plug-and-play cable for Alfadiag. I want to know that what i buy is the only thing i need to connect Alfadiag. No matter USB or COM ported is.
I'm from Bulgaria, and no matter if cable is used or not. It must work. Will pay with Paypal.
