Tuning parts for 145 cloverleaf

Hi people,
Here's a list of what i'm after.

Supersprint or any 4-2-1 manifold.
Performance exhaust.
Coilovers or lowering shocks.
Uprated brake setup.
And any other suggestions on how to take it over the 180BHP mark.

Decat or sports cat, chip/remap, uprated plugs, ignition leads, panel filter, cams etc.

Oh and Empty your PM box again lol.
