3.0 / 3.2 Intake Runners and plates
They're a larger diameter than the standard 2.5 runners. There's a bit about using 3.0 runners here on the squadra site
Pics to follow....
6 x crome pipes
6 x rubber seals
12 x fixing bands
2 x runner plates
All in great condition, no rust.
£120 + 8 P&P international postage availible at extra cost.
My inbox is probably full. If you want to discuss them, please express an interest here and I will pm you my mobile number / email address. [ ]

Re: 3.0 / 3.2 Intake Runners and plates
Ohhh I'd love some of these! Squadra website recommends against fitting them without chipping though... plus my MOT is about to cost me in the region of £400 so I can't really afford them... damn it

Re: 3.0 / 3.2 Intake Runners and plates
Yeah I'm sure... if you don't then I know I will end up buying them and I will not be eating until my next student loan payment
I'll get the next ones
Just to put my mind at ease though, you said they made an appreciable difference with GTA inlet cams - are they still worth it if you're keeping the 2.5 cams?

Re: 3.0 / 3.2 Intake Runners and plates
I've never tried them.I can only co on the peak increase of 20bhp(!) squdra claim with a remap.
The MAF and managment are sophistcated enough to make the most of them as standard IMHO.

Re: 3.0 / 3.2 Intake Runners and plates
They are the large ones, approx 45mm od.
The ally injector housing plates are all the same size, its the smaller runners that are opened out in the last ten mill or so to the mounting flange.
I have used my injector castings for my throttle body project so unfortunately they aren't available.

Re: 3.0 / 3.2 Intake Runners and plates
Just mocking up on the spare motor at the moment. The new runner sections were welded to the alfa injector casting bit, bit of a pain seemingly. The welder said the alfa casting was impure or had elements in the metal to help it flow more easily when made. They turned out alright.
The ally connectors were turned from 7075 t6 material then welded onto the tubes, all these at complex angles so the runner sections would pass each other ok.
When finished it will be a 12 injector setup, lower ones providing the fuelling at lower rpm, upper ones chiming in at higher rpm, all housed in a carbon plenum.
Still a lot to do

Navara Pickup- to carry me junk.
