Maranello Sales, Ascot.

Called in there today. What a great place. Sat in a GT S, 430 & a 612. Really friendly staff who talked cars & Italy to me & liked my Ti & my tattoo! What did I buy? A cap for £20 Megga cars, great staff & nice boutique

My grandparents used to live a couple of miles from there and they never minded when we kids (Granddad included) went for a nose around.

Re: Maranello Sales, Ascot.

That's my closest car showroom.

Well, second to the Rolls-Royce dealer in Sunningdale. :-)

Not so good if you want to buy a Fiesta diesel lol, but a heap more fascinating.

Last year, I was in the traffic queue waiting for the barriers to raise at Sunningdale train station. Parallel to me was a lorry, with 'Rolls-Royce Experimental Division' on it, and being carefully reversed from it, was a new Royce Phantom Convertible. It felt so Thunderbirds, yet so boutique, and so contemporary. I was enthralled. I've lost hours of my life to those blasted barriers that traverse the A30, but I was well chuffed to see this car slide gently down the ramps.

'Rolls-Royce Experimental Division'; you can't get much more evocative than that.

612 dribble dribble dribble, the 599 may be quicker but the 612 has it licked when it comes to looks. i parked just down from a 430 spider at silverstone yesterday, very nice and was getting lots of attention.

Re: Maranello Sales, Ascot.

Interesting comment JW. Most people think the 612 is a minger. Not us though I want one

The 612 IS a minger

But then I despise 90% of Ferraris built since 1990
