Wave 500 wave

Driving home last night in the Fiat 500 saw another and we both broke into a wave at same time

Now owned the car for 2 months and after a few small issues in my driving a small revy engine and engine needing running in, I love driving it now at 1200 miles. I haven't really been out of Sheffield which is all hills and been averaging 44mph (1.2 petrol) whilst I'm now driving it foot to the floor when ever conditions allow, the handling is just like a GoKart, and I have yet to provoke any kind of understear, though occassionally the backend does jump out of line on the bumps giving overstear. The gear change is brilliant (5 speed). No issues with build quality or anything (touch wood) yet and used no oil either. I do have to fill up as often as I did in my old 2 litre 155, but have yet to put more than 33 pounds worth in yet, the 155 would be taking nearly £60 at current prices the only slight complaint is the jiggly handling but I have to keep reminding myself despite not feeling like it from inside, it is a very small car.

to Summaries I not missing the 155 as much as I thought I would and have not starting taking the Junior to work to inorder to cheer myself up either, so I must be liking the ickle fiat

Re: 500 wave

Congrats - glad you like it.

I've been trying to persuade my other half to get one... the 1.2 sport looks like a good one.

There were a couple of them in Mangoletsi's the other day and they look

Even my Mrs was taken with them - so much so she went on the Fiat website and designed herself one

Glad you like yours

Can't move for 'em over here!

You'd get wrist ache waving at them.

Re: 500 wave

My wife's thinking of getting one and we've even gone so far as to spec one up on the website. Had a good look at one today though and we're having second thoughts because of the size of the boot. Just how small is that
