Which colour would you pick for a Ferrari?
I was having a little look through a box of odds and sods today, and I found this Ferrari colour chart. The colours don't show so well in the pics, but they are wonderful and vibrant on the colour swatches. I'm not sure what era this is from, but guessing 70s/80s:

Re: Which colour would you pick for a Ferrari?
Any colour as long as it was Ferrari red.
It wouldn't be a Ferrari in any other colour IMO.

Re: Which colour would you pick for a Ferrari?
I suppose the point here is that I'm not into Ferrari. So if I had one, I would want it to be different, not boring.
Whereas, someone who IS into Ferrari, would want it, more than anything, to be a 'proper' Ferrari, so would choose red.
Except Rick, because he's a bit weird. Comes from living on top of a mountain.

Re: Which colour would you pick for a Ferrari?
depends on the ferrari, if it was a 355 then yellow, anything newer than a 355 black and anything older than a 355 red

any Ferrari upto and including the F50 - Red.
Anything after? don't care, I'd rather have a lambo.

Re: Which colour would you pick for a Ferrari?
Has to be red. The best colour for Alfas and Ferraris, Masers tend to look best in darker colours (IMO)

Re: Which colour would you pick for a Ferrari?
for anything mid engined like 355, 360, 430 then red is the only colour worth having. shouty cars need a shouty colour
for a 612 or 599 then a dark grey or blue with contrasting red interior, proper ferraris need not shout about it, therefore a more subtle colour is preferable.

Re: Which colour would you pick for a Ferrari?
Blu Tour de France or Blu Le Mans - sheer class and not nearly as vulgar as the red ones.
Todays Ferraris are just too damn big to look good in red IMHO.
