An Audi ?

There's a great colour available on the current Ferraris don't know what it's called but looks a bit like Alfa Rubino Red and is more like the darker metallic red that the current Ferrari F1 cars are. That would be my choice on a new 599

Todays Ferraris are just too damn big to look good in red IMHO.

I agree. The best red Ferraris are the 'baby' ones...246,308/328,355. From then on they have to be a metallic to calm them down.

Lamborghinis are totally different, orange, yellow, lime green ..

Absolutely, Modern Ferrari's seem sterile and dare I say it, a bit dull.

I'd evn go as far as to say that for a rich fella, owning a modern Ferrari is almost a bit of a cliche now.

And the endless merchandising makes me want to puke. Selling out for the sake of it. I reckon old man Ferrari would be spitting bullets if he could see it going on.

Re: Which colour would you pick for a Ferrari?

If i see another red Ferrari i will scream!!!! With so many colours to choose from why do people always go for red? Black, yellow, silver, all look better than red which went away from being cool after Magnum was taken off the air. Come on guys, no more red cars. I wouldnt even buy a red Alfa. Red is the colour of the devil and belongs in hell. Plus Ferrari's are as common a car now as a Focus or Astra so wouldnt buy one even if i could afford it.

I'd go for yellow; although I've also always hankered after a 308GT4 in light metallic blue

Havent they built one for a rich Arab somewhere?

I'm sure I saw something on here.

And no, in answer to your question, I much prefer the latest batch of Maserati's, and the 8C, which goes without saying.

Has to be red if it's the only one you own, otherwise any colour you like, as long as it's black.
