The Ugliest Cars in Britain
I think this subject has been covered before, but this site has some cars I'd forgotten about including the Austin Princess & an NSU. I can't understand why the TR7 is in there, it's a design classic.
PS sorry 166 owners.

Re: The Ugliest Cars in Britain
Yes there are some aweful looking cars in this group; but there are some design classics also. For instance the 59 Thunderbird and the Frogeye sprite plus others. But agreed there are some horrible cars here Allegro, Maxi to name but two.

Re: The Ugliest Cars in Britain
Some people have called my Pulsar ugly...but by the time they said it i was already two miles away and heard nothing other than induction noise and the passenger groaning under G-lock!
Purposeful i'd say. Ugly to me would be something like a Ford Scorpio.

Re: The Ugliest Cars in Britain
We should end this thread now as the site says below the whole thing shouldn't be taken seriously they are just a big joke.......
"OK, let's get a few things straight here:
* Please remember: These pages reflect our personal tastes - yours may vary (i.e. your tastes may be poor). So don't come crying to us if you disagree with our choices.
* It's not serious!, so we're not interested in a sensible discussion about car design. You can nominate your own favourite ugly car on this page - but check first that it isn't already featured."

Re: The Ugliest Cars in Britain
If I could just own the rearlight clusters,of the 'T' Bird working, on a suitable stand, they could have pride of place in our lounge. I could watch that sequential operation for hours. Fascinated me as a kiddy, seeing the odd one or two at the Chicsands, USAF base.

I know it's alphabetical (or should that be alfabetical), but it's a shame to see the 166 at the top of the list !

Nah, that Misubishi is ugly as hell; that photograph doesn't even start to do it justice; it has to be seen in the metal to experience its truly un-balanced lines and graceless shape.
