Are new minis "Aliens"

My girlfriend bought one of these silly small cars about 2 months ago. Ever since then I can't help noticing how many of them are on the roads. Now, my worry is that there actually "ALIENS" and when there's enough of them there going to stand up (Transformer style) and take over the world. I think we should all be very vigilant.

I cant stand them, but then i am a lover of the original mini, this is a pale imitation.

i really hope that the Fiat 500 shoves the mini off its perch, a friend of mine works for BMW and has told me about the reliability issues that the suffer with
