Im no expert but I love the way the following

"Remap by Celtic Tuning
K&N Air Filter
Custom Built Powerflow Cat Back exhaust system by Topgear Performance in St. Albans"

has apparently increased the bhp by 50 Unless i can be proved otherwise I think hes just making up numbers.

That replacement spliter is awful. Shame there not more pic though.

Oh and "Veloce spec interior with carbon fibre dashboard" is funny aswell

Hmmm from what i have read a good remap can give an extra 15bhp but the main drawbacks on the mitos is the small turbo and downpipe. To get good gains a bigger bore downpipe and remap should suffice but for big power a bigger turbo, exhaust and remap would see near 200bhp. But this was the 120 bhp engine so i do not know if the turbo was smaller than that on the 155 engine? 170 bhp does not sound over the top for a 120 engine but i would have to see it in black and white for me to believe that? hasnt benjic on here tuned a 120 mito?

most of the grande punto sporting 120hp units put out between 140-150hp with similar modifications and dosent seem to push anymore without a bigger turbo!

Im sure ive seen this car when I was up that way, remember the rear bumper as it was different and that I nearly didnt stop at the traffic lights catching a eye full lol!

FYI before anyone gets too critical the OP is the seller

have you got any data on the performance mikey? any more photos? particularly the LEDs and front splitter would be of interest

FWIW, the megane exhaust is a real nice touch on an otherwise ugly splitter - ugly since a good shape has been ruined by the cheap-looking reflectors and lights that lister have stuck on it. rather my punto ones

Not getting to critical i actually like it but i was a bit thrown by the limited sport title when it is just a tuned 120. I would love to see more pics it would also help the sale on piston heads to if the OP can get more pics up! Would still like to see RR figures in black and white please as there are so many tuners out there claiming all sort of power figures having the RR print out always helps especially as i want to tune my mito eventually i want to know every bit of info on tuned mitos!

no no wasn't directed at anyone in particular - just noticed that people were commenting as if the OP wasn't there.

agree with you though - particularly on pictures - you would be unlikely to go an look at a house if all you had was one picture of the lounge

Hi guys, sorry more photos will be added soon, having a bit of trouble syncing my iphone at the moment..

heres the link to the remap specialist, i did a lot of research into it prior to getting it done to ensure the best results Celtic Tuning Super Chip | Chip Tuning | Celtic Tuning Performance Software

If you fill in the details for the car model and make etc they provide a figure of 159BHP from the 120 model

The air filter along with the twin cold air feeds adds more responsiveness to the engine, along with a more free flowing exhaust along with the 99 RON shell V power fuel, it Should push about 170BHP

The rear diffuser was all custom built, It took me a week to do and I had to buy a rear diffuser off the megane RS to cut out and transfer the exhaust tail pipe along with the inner heat shield. It really is an amazing head turner, it gets a lot of looks, Im just looking to upgrade to something a bit quicker

It is incredibly quick off the line, you will not be dissapointed

As I mentioned in the piston head listing, Ive tried to style the car tastefully to look like "Works" or "AMG" equivalent etc, hence I searched online for a suitable badge name that I had not seen around on any other car. With a few subtle yet impressive changes to the body work, it stands out from the crowd of MiTos as something a bit more special

Sounds good but i am dubious that twin air feeds and exhaust could give you the extra 11 bhp unless the custom exhaust included the downpipe etc still a nice car and very different to the norm and i admire the work thats gone into the rear diffuser etc

With the rear diffuser, I kept the original honey comb section with the parking sensors in it and remounted it to the new diffuser. Its pushing in the region of 170 i would have thought, may be less but it feels extremely similar to the cloverleaf

Also dont forget its being run on 99 RON Shell V power, which is proven to increase BHP if the ca is tuned to make the most of it, which was what Celtic Tuning did.

Just seen your images on eBay. Your undercar lighting looks fun. Interesting DRL's also. Have you had any interest?
