I have seen plenty of 146s up here , saying that loads of Alfas of all models.
I ride a blue '03 ER500. I am thinking of selling it soon, i would like to move up to a Bandit 1200 or a Fazer 1000. Not sure yet. Funny enough, Portstewart is on the only place i have seen 146s outside of Bangor. The North coast is hard to beat, beautiful roads and scenery. There are some cracker B roads to ride travelling from Strabane, Claudy to Limavady, then to P'stewart.
What's your hog?

Hi my names James, I live in Ballycarry (close to Carrickfergus) My wee car is a '01 147 lusso in Red. You may see me traveling into Belfast most days as i work in Castle Court. My car is easily identified because i think i'm the only Alfa driver on R plates
Have had a few Alfa-waves and flashes, lookin forward to more!

Hi James and welcome to AO. I live near Whiteabbey (just round the corner from the Whiteabbey railway halt) so if you see the GTA around then give us a wave. You'd be very welcome to come along to our NIIMC/AO meets. Details can be found here:

Re: Introductions...
Yeah, noticed you. I was trying to get up beside you but there was just too much traffic.
Nice 147, looks like it has a tan leather interior, does it? If so then it's rare to see a 1.6 with leather. I've only ever seen one other and it had black leather.

Re: Introductions...
it does indeed have tan leather. I believe they have been put in afterwards as the door cards don't have any leather detailing on them, although i could be wrong.
Its hopefully getting a good clean over the weekend and then off to get it serviced as it sounds like a Tractor on start-up.
Your GTA looked the business matey, t'was quite jealous

Hi Gary and welcome to AONI
I'll have to keep an eye out for your 156 as I'm not too far away from you. Make sure you give a wave to the GTA if you see me out and about.

Re: Introductions...
Hi fellow Northern Ireland Bella Lovers!
My name is David and i live in a small seaside town Ballycastle although you are more likely to see me in Coleraine, however! i do insist in going the coast road Balintoy-Bushmills-Portrrush-Portstewart-Coleraine. I just say to myself Why Not! especially when i do have a rather sexy silver 2.0TS Spider with Black Leather inetrior. I do wave to other Alfa drivers but just get blank stares! So! if you see me wave.
PS: Who do you guys recommend as a good indie mechanic would be prepared to travel abit as its due its 2nd Cambelt change!
karma aka David Silver 97 2.0TS/R reg.

Hi David and welcome to AO NI. The only indie I know of is in Dunmurry outside Belfast (Eurofix) but haven't used them myself. A few guys here have and seem happy with them.
Pity you missed us all a few weeks ago on our Antrim coast run as we stopped in Ballycastle before heading on round to Portstewart.
