A Nice Sunday Drive

Any one fancy a nice drive in the lakes

Holker Hall

The NW Meeting point is the festival market Carpark in Morecombe

LINKY

It's got a big carpark and is easy to find Right next door to Morrisons super store.

I suggest 9:30am.

The route will be down the A6 some nice twisties on that one
Join the A590 just south of Levens follow the 590 till the Grange over sands turn off.

This is the B5278 nice bit of Coast road

Holker is Sign posted from here

We should Hit Holker for about 11:00am

Looking forward to meeting you all

If any one wants to post some meeting points along the route that makes it easier to find us feel free to post em

Right then

I've got the folks caravan in Cockerham so I'm not going to be able to lead a NW convoy.

I hate Morecambe
Sorry to any AO members who live there but I can't see why it exists
Al, are you going up on the Saturday or are we meeting up somewhere on the M6?

Re: Bluebird day out

Just told my other half that HM says be at Morecambe @ 9.30. Can't print what she said
Basically it means no alcohol Saturday night, and no lie in on Sunday.
What kind of arrangements are these?

Re: Bluebird day out

Unless a few more of you North Westerners get your arses in gear I'll be forced to go to the match and out on the p155 on the Saturday instead of driving close to 200 miles to hurl abuse at Happy Man.
