Yes helmets are compulsory. You might be able to hire one, depends who's running the day.

Got a couple more to scope out think I can get it cheaper.

AL if your an AROC member give em a call and get a directory of services there should be a few in there

Aintree don't hire helmets you have to bring your own

Al, I still have the one Happy Man used at Croft (I borrowed it off a mate), you'd be more than welcome to use that. The rental fee is a brew.

Does this mean you're in for Aintree?

The tinted visor will be extra, you'll probably just get a clear one with the helmet.

If you're not going to use it on a motorbike I wouldn't bother getting a tinted one, there's no need to use the visor in a car and it'll probably just mist up if you do.
