The gods of fate have smiled upon me, and I'm free on Sunday. I've never been to a meet before. Can anyone just rock up, or do I need to know the secret AO handshake? [think freemasons meets ministry of silly walks?]

For some reason it is customary (Gaz makes the rules) for all 'new to a meet' to come bearing gifts for all the seasoned 'meeters' and to wear a mankini....
failing that just turn up mate and say hello.....
