Hopefully we'd be OK for then too. Sounds like a stop-over though.

Who's replied to Karen @ Allams?
Thinking of driving down Saturday and Travelodging it, and then drive home Sunday.
Otherwise it's a long day.
Any thoughts on a convoy? HM suggested meeting other groups, could be a bit difficult organising this.

A stop over sounds a good plan Andy - not so much the distance, but the time behind the wheel travelling 'darn sarf'

We're working in the back room on discounted hotels in the area and the Rep team will be co ordinating the convoys / meet points

We've had a bit of practice

I've sent my info to Karen and got a reply, so I'm in.

Travelodge sounds like a plan, I was thinking the same thing

I'd prefer to book somewhere reasonably early. I imagine quite a few will have the same idea unless they're local. It'd be cool if we could get the AONW crew in the same hotel or at least close enough to go get an evening scoop or three down our necks without driving.
