Al & HM, I'd like to aim to be in Chester for 9 'o clock. That would give us plenty time to get some scran even if we get held up in traffic...
But I appreciate I'm a guest in another region and I'm quite happy to go with the flow.  |

right boys im home from work and on to any updates, efc and roeburn if you want to see about getting to charnock richard for 8am thats fine with me, the earlier the better really i dont want to be speeding along running late and missing the fun. also the food idea before and after the run sounds like a brilliant idea, almost as good an idea as doing the run itself.

Anyone got any suggestions of where we can go after the run for a bite to eat. The run ends back at the start point at the holiday Inn so I guess back into Chester from there?? |
