nice run home, zero traffic and took it easy round a nice empty M60 with some gems on the ipod. good job i was taking it easy though, the dibble were out - a marked volvo v70 went whooshing past at what must've been a good 120mph, maybe 130, closely followed (VERY closely followed) by a black unmarked audi a3 5-door. don't know what they were doing as no blues & twos, probably doing high speed training or something. either way it's another unmarked car filed in the "keep an eye out for that one" drawer in me brain

seeing my car in daylight this morning i realised 2 things -

1. it's bloody filthy after the run round the lanes last night
2. the pothole i smacked into has put a nice big dent in my nearside front wheel

1. So's mine, but I think that's a good little route, so it's worth making your car look like Ari Vatanen's been for a spin in it

no date fixed as yet for NAD

spring alfa day is 13th april at chatham docks in KENT (ie. not much use for us)

auto italia day is stanford hall (leicestershire, same place as last time) on 1st june

I'm deffo up for Stanford that was a top day out last year

HM, You were booting it at times, I was struggling to keep up. MInd you I normally won't go over the legal limit, nudge nudge.
I was a bit wary of those Volvos who were keeping up. I understand the county has unmarked Swedish cars so I keept back a bit.
