Now do I go down and pick it up (it's over 500 miles away) or do I get some of our Transport guys to deliver it to me? Decisions!

You tease, what is it?

I got my GTA from Buzz Alfa in Kent, flew to Gatwick then a taxi and drove it home - only took about 8 hours to drive back to Fife.

I think ours came from 900 miles away, as it was a little Cornish Alfa........Nobody was confident enough (or had the time!) to go the whole way, so we compromised 70 / 30 - they had the "70" bit, however, so once we took delivery we were reasonably certain we'd get home!

We do of course have the weather of the French riviera for about 2 hours in June up here in the northeast of scotland

did you have to go 500 miles away to make sure Mirrin and Mymito didnt buy it?

I didn't have a clue which you'd go for, but I have to say that is a very good choice for a rare fun weekend car!

Looked at a couple of GT's and 147 GTA's but nothing really jumped out until i saw this one. Gonna see about fitting a Q2 diff before the big run as well

Nice one Graham. I thought you'd be going for a GT but a GTV makes perfect sense as a 2nd car. Better start saving for the petrol for the big run then.
