    I'm there and seeing as 4/1 is my b/day I expect a card (-:

I attend the meets of the AROC there. Car park is best for gatherings at the farthest point from the entrance. Nobody likes to walk very far these days... Managing to sit in a large group indoors can be tricky though.

I'll be there but I can only stay for an hour.

Depends on how the next few days pan out, but can make this one

I'll make an effort to get along to this but depends how quickly I can get back form the Midlands. I've been to Ramside Hall and the carpark is indeed huge - sadly often full of cars too.

We could do with someone bringing a good quality camera and tripod to see if we can get some decent pictures this time.

If I can make it (which I'm not 100% on as yet), I'll see if I can get hold of my dad's DSLR.

Day off request must be given 2 weeks in advance, so erm 3 weeks notice would be super.
I'm sure the company I work for isn't the only one which requires you to book days off well in advance.
Even booking doesn't guarantee time off. I put in a request 2 month ago for this weekend off and it hasn't happened. Was so much easier when we did our own rota.

I think what Ros was referring to was that you said you could definitley make Sunday evenings previously.

Hope you can make it, I'm sweet-talking the wife into 'letting' me go

Good luck with the new venue, I won't be there as I'm blasting around the borders on Sunday in a 1973 Mini on the Johnstone Trophy rally.
