Has Lyle's closed/moved?

I was running up the West Road on Monday night and noticed that the windows at Lyle's were white-washed as you often see with empty premises. Out of curiosity more than anything (not that I ever use the place), does anybody know if they have closed or moved? I suppose maybe they could be having a refurb.

Nope still open. Mr Lyle has retired and the sales side was downsized but the garage is still open for business

I understand the showroom is currently being turned into an Indian restaraunt(high class!!!) and the small reception and garage are still being used.

it was for sale for 450k and mot and garage work area seperate.
so who has aquired the showroom , will it be daewoo, kia , or ??? not a curry house as job center is close which would mean no staff will want to look over their shoulder .
oh o we will have to see ,

I live down the road defo going to be a indians but someone in the area has got a petition drawn up to object. I think we all agree that there's enough fast food places on the west road
