There's an Aston Martin dealership/workshop up at Red Row too. I know it'll be closed when we get there but we might manage a skeg in the windows at the beasts within

Re: North East Meet

The Black Horse is a good call - not that far but the route can be more or less done on b roads!

Anyone any good with OS maps?

I could do you route that would be almost all non classified roads, there are some cracking roads around there.

I am! It'd be interesting to see how similar your route is to the one I had in mind

Roughly, left out of the Church mouse, right at the roundabout, immediately left at next RA, T-right to Waldridge, slot-left at Waldridge, X-right at Edmondsley (although the road straight on, T-left at Holmside, slot right past Holmside Hall, T-right into Craghead is a good road), slot right past Beech Grove Fm, SO, T-right on to the B6313 for 500m, slot left down the back of Grange Villa, X-SO, T-left onto A693, immediately slot right, T-right, slot left (under the old railway), T-left, slot left (at the grass triangle) at High Urpeth, down the 90's, SO past Pockerley buildings, SO over Kibblesworth Common, X-left, T-left at Hedley West Fm, Slot left at the Causey Arch Pub, 800m, slot left into Pub car park.

It's all on the SW quater of map 88, it could quite eaily be extended to take in some roads around Burnhope, Lanchester etc or north Kibblesworth Ravensworth.

If you turn up we'll just follow you. If not, I'll set the Tomtom to 'shortest route' and go with the flow.
