Excellent Service From BMC Once Again

I turned up at BMC this morning, completely unannounced, with a horrible knocking noise from the front of the car that sounded like the suspension was going to collapse.

The noise was quickly identified as a worn anti roll bar drop link and by the time I’d demolished my bacon and egg sandwich and supped my mug of tea it had been replaced and the noise had gone.

Service with a smile at a very reasonable price, and a full belly to boot; what more could you ask for?

Please don't tell me that you drunk from THAT mug again.....

Seriously, they offer a quality service and a very fair price; I won't go anywhere else for work to be done; on both of our cars.

I guess you're out of warranty now then Roswell?

I have always had a good experience at BMC. Cannot fault them in the slightest

Yep, the drop links should have been replaced when the anti roll bar was replaced under warranty last August, but seeing as the offside one was replaced in January of this year and the nearside one was replaced today I can only assume that they weren’t and the original ones were re-used instead.

The garage is literally 2 minutes drive from my house and when I say a they were fitted for a very reasonable price I mean a very reasonable price.

I was at BMC on Friday getting 2 new tyres (goodyear eagle f1's ) and got air conditioning regassed while i was there. Great service, great prices, didnt get anything to eat though

I had to call on BMC's good nature also on Friday (nice to meet you Mr O!)

I'd gone to get some tyres fitted in Darlo - couldnt find the locking wheel nut (still for the life of me I dont know where it is ). Rang BMC who said to go striaght there, and J had a spare one and was good enough to not only remove the locking nuts but also put the new set I'd just bought on for me.

New set only £25 from Alexanders in Stockton!

You've had a lucky escape.

BMC have served me extremely well over the last few years, so it's no surprise to hear of their excellent service yet again. I've just realised that I probably wont be going there anytime in the near future as the most likely replacements for the Sele' aren't from the same stable.
