You need the model number and serial number...

Only for 147,156 and GT factory fitted Blaupunkt radios.. POST 2001.

BLAUPUNKT made units have 14 letters+digits long serial numbers and are printed on the label or engraved on the metal case. Like BP0376* * **?!! Post it for the code!

code eg BP037822578162

One of our friendly helpers will be along with a code for you shortly :)

Hay 88,
can you help me please?

I have taken my unit out of my 166 I have been on to several code suppliers and they ask for the 14 digit code number, this was on a sticker on the side of the unit, Serial No. AR1030034713/03 tried entering number but without the forward slash and nothing comes up, got any ideas please?
I also paid an Alfa dealer £30 to get the number, which was 8531, but it doesn't work, so it looks like someone has changed it, I managed to speak to the last owner, and he never knew it had a code.

I noticed you told someone the number was on the back of the set, would I find it stamped on the rear of mine, by taking the unit completely out? The facia has had the lugs on the l/h side broken by someone before me taking it out, so I had to be careful with the ribbon connectors, luckily my wife got them back in. I took a few pics of the set and looked all over the sides for any stamped numbers, but couldn't find any, although there are some other stickers that have completely faded. I set of numbers that are stamped behind the facia are 2035 1228.013 285

Thanks

Hi Hay,
yes I did use that guide, it was very handy, I did try the 4444 code, but no luck.
I did look all over the sides for stamped numbers, even took pics, is Becker (BE) number on the back of the unit?

Any advice would be great please, you seem to be the one who knows about these units. I would love to find out the code, it would save getting the unit sent away.
