How hard is it to change out the front and rear pads and rear discs on a 156?

Having been insulted by the local Rapid Attach (who got the wrong pads in) I'm perhaps looking to do this job myself.
I have a 1.8 TS SW and am wondering if anyone can point me in the direction of a step by step guide to doing it. It's that or pay ludicrous money on labour charges for what should (I'd have thought) be a fairly straight-forward job.

Also, is there any actual advantage to going for the vented and drilled discs that ebspares offer?

Thanks in advance!

I have just done front and rear discs and pads and it was easyer than i thought, I brought a rear piston wind in tool kit and it made the job soooooooo easy ( http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=260638381147&ssPageName=ADME:B:EOIBSA:GB:1123) i'm sure there are cheeper ones but I dont like to do the "buy cheep/buy twice" thing and the quality was good and will be good for my next car/friends cars, I had to remove the back bracket to fit the disk as the new one was slightly differant than the old one, just make sure you use plenty of copper grease and thats about it........ also be very carefull the first few miles as the brakes will be rubbish :p
