So far ive just borrowed these 16" from my brothers 146 And might buy. What do you think?, they are kind of like speedlines, but then not. btw are these the wheels the 146 originally came with?.
Picture number two is with Zender milano 17" 7.5" which i also had borrowed from my brother some years back.. awesome looking!, but they just felt too bulky etc.. out of price range + need new tires. Just wanted to add that picture , D´oh same as my avatar, i forgot
Hehe i shouldnt had added the Zenders. It´s not like i have a choice, my brother sold them off to an 146 owner last night with my help(abit sad that their gone now). Just wanted to show. havent seen many pics of a 155 with em.
Here is a new better picture with Left/1/A, they do look abit small, some future suspension upgrade would maybe sort that abit.

agreed. a dark grey metallic would be nice. basically, i think wheels and tyres look good when the tyres are blacker/darker than the wheels - not the other way around.
so unless you use 'tyre black' regularly (as you should! ), i wouldn't have black wheels. i think it looks bad when you have dirty browny-grey tyres on black wheels.
what did he get for the Zenders? These are really sought after wheels, though the "bolts" don't actually screw in, they are hammered in on drivethreads. Trying to remove them to restore the wheels properly inevitably means some shear off and you have to drill them out. But with the inner highly polished and the centre painted, these in my opinion are the neatest design alfa wheels ever. (Used of course on the SZ/RZ as standard). Zender no longer exists.
they do look neat on the RZ with the polished rims and painted centres.
Sold for 3000dkk, 402EU, 358Gbp(as of todays currency). could proberly had sold for more, was just a quick deal. but they had gotten a little corrosion and needed new tyres. Yep, my brother had new bolts and all inserted, rims milled down slightly, polished, painted etc. just a shame with the corrosion. (More pics of them).
iirc the real zenders are proper spilt rims, my mate has em on his 75
the speedlines that look like the zenders are pushed in though
