hi there fellow saturday mechanics, changing my thermostat, does anyone happen to know the torque wrench settings? have visited the how to guide, no settings.
Thermostat cup-cylinder head fastening screws: 17 - 21 Nm (13-16ft-lbs).
The manual has this "divided by" symbol inbetween two torque figures for each setting, but nowhere is there a definition of what it means. I've assumed it's a range, min & max, but specifying a range is unusual in my experience. Anyone know for sure what the symbol means?
thermostat fitted, warm air in cabin and temp gauge upto 75-85 degrees, should be more economical too, thanks dudes.
