If you're anywhere near me - East Lancs, I've a selection of wheelnut keys, assuming they are original Alfa - or I have extractors that can remove most types of lock-bolt.
Or most tyre specialists will have some extractors.
Or go to your nearest Machine Mart and get a set of the Irwin extractors...about £21 IIRC.
Or be really brutal and smack an old socket over the bolt-head....
Its unlikely that the average Alfa dealer will carry the full range of wheel keys......and they'll charge you a lot more to use extractors on them than a non-specialist garage...unless you have a very good relationship with them....
If you are in RAC / AA it's worth asking them for help...."because you've got a puncture"....once the guy is on scene they'll usually be prepared to help....
If they are original Alfa lock studs & you have the code no. the Alfa service/parts department can get you another key
