Hello fellow Alfa owners!
I've literally just picked up my Alfa 147 and already I'm thinking of changing a few things!

The body panels, are they different between the 3 door and 5 door, specifically these panels:-
Front/Rear Bumpers
Tailgate
Front wings

I wanted to repair some scratches but through it might be cheaper to replace a few parts but wanted to ensure my naivety wasn't a costly one!

Start of many questions to come, I hope I'm not too annoying!
I sold my GTV for a more family friendly car....hummmmmm!

Congrats on the 147!

If you have a couple of dents/scratches on the front wings it can be much cheaper to have them repaired, I had a PDR technician repair the dent and the magic of polish got rid of the scratches. I too first looked at replacing a front wing which FIAT ePER quoted at £107 which isn't so bad, the downside is that these are unpainted and the expensive bit is colour matching them to the car. Colour matching both bumpers, a tailgate and the wings would be pretty eye watering.

Personally I'd look to repair them first, if they are beyond this give Autolusso a call as they stock a wide range of panels and replacement bits, you might even find one the same colour.

As for the 3/5 door differences, I believe the front panels are the same along with the tailgate and bumpers, it's just the doors, side panels and rear quarter panel that's different I think. Brand new panels are usually delivered with just the top-coat and it would be down to you to have them painted and matched to the car. And that's where you spend the money.

Here's the link to the FIAT ePER parts page and Autolusso.
