hi chaps i'm going to attempt the fitting of a condenser on my 156 sele i was wondering if anyone out there could give me a step by step guide into doing this job, i've never done anything like this before but i'm ok at doing things as long as i'm told wot to do your help with this problem would be appreciated.
the guy that did mine
remove bumper (front one that is lol)
theres a metal plate that runs along the underneath of the rads remove that
unbolt air con rad from coolant rad
2 pipes go to the rad each secured with an allen key bold remove them and slide out from the bottom
on the 2 pipes that go to the rad are little O rings replace them and smear with air con oil
slot new condensor in and refitting is reverse of removal as it states in all haynes manuals
sorry for the lack of reply been badly
no need to remove both sounds like your just going to create work for yourself draining and refilling the cooling system if you do
