What cars do you drive and why?

I drive only an Alfa 156 as I have always liked them. I had a drive of my friends 156 and I then found out that they drive as good as they look. A few months later, I was the proud owner of a nice green 156

Are you a real passionate for Alfa Romeo?

I own one so yes.

What or how started your passion for Alfa Romeo and…
… do you think it’s fundamental to own one to have the passion?

When I was younger, one of my neighbours bought a brand new red Alfa 33..it was the first time I had seen 1 and I thought it looked cool as you didn’t see many cars like that.

What do you like most about Alfas?

I love the styling of Alfas - especially the 156 as there is nothing that looks as good as it on the roads. the offset number plate looks cool, I love the rear door handles and the teledial alloys, these wheels just look so nice on the 156

What do you like least about Alfas?

The solid discs that come with the 1.8 and changing the timing belt every 36000 miles

What would be your dream cars?

would love a Ferrari Enzo in red or a Lamborghini Gallardo in yellow...would settle for a 156 GTA though if money was a bit tight

What car would you least like to have?

a Vauxhall Corsa or a Toyota Corolla

For you, what’s the most popular thread on AO?

I like most of the threads on AO...but the most popular 1 for me would have to be the now locked JNT thread

What would be your ideal drive in an Alfa (destination, passenger, driving music, etc)?

I would like to drive to a place in Greece called Stoupa as I love it there, my partner and my daughter...I wouldn't really care what music was on as long it is decent music that you could drive to

Any humorous Alfa or car-related stories you wish to share with us?

Getting pulled over by a beat copper cos I had my fog lights on and for going a bit faster than I should have been. He asked me how fast I was going and I said 30. He said “you were going faster than that” to which I said prove it. I got a producer and a fine for driving with my fog lights on...

What interests do you have outside of Alfas?

I like football and am a Liverpool supporter, I love to have a drink and a laff with my mates and to spend time with my family. I also enjoy going fly-fishing as it gets me away from everything and just chill out and relax for a few hours.

Tell us something nobody knows about you. (e.g. special skill, ever been on TV, etc)

I make a mean spaghetti Bolognese

What do you like most about the Alfaowner forum? Any favourite threads, episodes or posts you wish to share?

I think AlfaOwner is the best Alfa forum there is. The people on here are a friendly bunch and are always happy to give advice and help on anything.
