Service and Cam Belt BLS Lincoln

Hi guys and Girls thought i would just let you know i have just had the 159 Serviced and while it was in i thought it would be prudent to have the cambelt done as well as it is on 57k.
The guys at BLS are fantastic very easy to deal with and you really feel they know what they are doing with your pride and joy. I did not hunt around for prices as i was happy with what they quoted me.
Full service which included
Diesel filter
Air filter
Pollen filter
Oil filter
Oil
brakes stripped and checked
then the cam belt
All the belts
tensioners
water pump
everything that needed changing in a full cambelt change

the total cost for piece of mind £635 over the moon with it. I highly recommend these guys.


Oh and one more just put a new rad in the Spider great service and very helpfull were Boston Radiators got a new lightweight Alluminium rad for £90 so iwould recommend them as well.

Hi James. A lot of use BLS and I've never heard a bad report about them.

On the 8th Oct we will be having a Saturday afternoon Meet there, I'll be Posting the Event next week. For those who have never been to BLS this will be a good chance for you to come along and see what they do. Included in the attractions will be the chance of a free diagnostics and the opportunity to put your car up on the Lift where Tom and Phil will tell you what may be coming next ! Do please come along for this, I might even throw in a " Pub Grub " get together after we leave BLS. I expect to see your " YES " RSVPs soon after I Post it !

I thought I had the last Rad from Boston Rads, they have obviously got some more in. They are very good, helpful and the price is right but I did have some trouble with the Blanking Plug they supplied me which cost me a few hours grief and 4 Litres of Coolant.................

BLS are brilliant! Did a spot on job with my 156 cambelt, The only problem is i end up wasting a day as i spend hours talking to them

I cant reccomend them highly enough!

I'm actually taking my Sprint to them on Wednesday to have it checked to find out whats causing it to run rough.

Just been this afternoon to collect the Sprint from BLS and I'm very happy with the work they've done It wasn't a valve at all, it had good compression. It just needed the carbs resetting and it feels a lot better

The only downside was that the Sprint got a good soaking on the way back from Lincoln
