Spring Alfa Day.

Spring Alfa Day is confirmed for the 18th April at Burghley House.

Do we want to go as a Section and shall I make it the April Section Meet ?

Perhaps throw in an April Evening Meet on another date as well ?

If enough people are up for it might try to sort out a little convoy, perhaps from the Spalding area ?

Let me know what you all want folk.

Then, much as usual, I'll ignore your thoughts anyway.

I wont be joining that as im coming from the south, maybe others might be going from my neck of the woods. Is this a big show? I remember seeing it last year but couldnt go. There is the Bristol auto italia show the week after that im going to, http://www.alfaowner.com/Forum/south...moto-show.html (bristol italian automoto show), but id like to go to this too.

It's a pretty big Event, I believe that it's actually run by AROC, but for various reasons I've never managed it before either.

I do know that some of the people here in Lincs HAVE been before so I hope that they'll come on and tell us all about it.

Alfa 156 V6 Sportwagon

i went to this last year and its an excellent day out especially when the street full of Ferrari's and Lambo's all revved there engines at the same time........ pure bliss.

I am hoping to make it again this year , but i've also got a "powderfinger" concert to attend on either the 24th
(funnily enough at the Bristol O2 ) or the 26th in Birmingham.
Damn it ive got a big decision to make now.

Did you get parked in the 'red rows' in front of the house? I thought that was quite a nice touch having nearly all the red cars parked together Bloody brilliant weather too!

don't get too excited about the variety, last year it was MITCAR at burghley (Midlands ITalian CAR) so that was why there were all the other exotica, spring alfa day is just that, alfas, so there won't be any ferrarris or lambos, not even fiats

will still be a good day though

they certainly do, and there will be plenty to see

MITCAR this year is at chatsworth, we are getting a gathering of boxer engined cars together

http://www.alfaowner.com/Forum/east-...r-bonanza.html (MITCAR / AO "BOxer Bonanza")

there WILL be plenty of ferraris etc for you to look at there though
