I live in Lincs and am considering an Alfa purchase...

Up until now owned Mercs, had recently planned to buy a Pagoda but got let down at the last minute when I took my intended purchase to a specialist and it turned out to have rust issues (so "Hey!" - I thought - I'll buy an Alfa and avoid that kind of problem... ).

I like the look of the 105 series (saw a Dutch Blue* '60s GTV with Minilites a while back and fell in love), but having a bit of a surf, Spiders look fabulous value compared to my previous teutonic intention.

So my first post will be a repeat of this as I ask...

How much for a good boat-tailed Spider? (In fact, How much for a very very good one, please?!)

Hi,tough question.Most people with a "very,very good one"will not part with it.If you are looking at price and minimal rust look further abroad,South Africa is a good market.The rate of exchange is excellent and most of the cars inland have little or no rust.Have a look at Autotrader SA for a good deal.
