Forgot to add, i drive a silver 156 Veloce and love it. Its only a 1.6 due to me only being 19, so its a little gutless but great fun. I was going to take some decent pictures today but its freezing outside and i've got tonsilitus of all things at the moment, so they will have follow shortly.
Got bitten by the Alfa bug this year after a season in the Alfa Championship (Pit crew, not driver!) where we raced (and won our class) in a 155, this led me to wanting an Alfa of my own.
Problems so far have being minor, drop links knocking, sidelight not working, fixed with the aid of a new rev counter! haha and a few dashboard squeeks. Nothing i didn't expect due to prior experience with 156s, so i'm not at all dissapointed
For now heres some photos i took earlier! Shame about the poor camera quality.
I also have a high level rear wing to go on there (a la the V6) soon, which is in primer in my garage right now. Since owning i removed the orange side repeaters in exchange for clear ones, a minor detail but its surprising how much cleaner the side looks now, gave it a full service, new discs all round (grooved up front), fixed the undertray and put some new Falken tyres on there. Aside from that theres nothing i really want to do to the car, i love the way it looks already and tuning a 1.6 seems a bit pointless anyway. Any useful hints and tips for the 1.6 would be heeded and appreciated!
and here's the 155..
