Hi,

Put a deposit down last week on a 145 Cloverleaf, which I should collect this week.

I saw it, I drove it .

This will be my first Alfa and I am buying against the advice of everyone I know and possibly love. My wife is however being supportive, only because the alternative was a motorbike and she must love me as she obviously doesn't want me to die.

I will hopefully be able to get the answers to any of the problems I will inevitably have with my new purchase on this forum.

I've had a browse and was impressed by the friendly and knowledgable bunch of people on here. That's my ass kissing done, I thank you and good night!

That makes good sense, as I said hopefully you have a good one there and will many thousands o fproblem free driving in your Bella

Finally got my car today. It had to go to the local Alfa dealer to have the airbag light sorted, dodgy connection and the part had to be ordered.

I just took it for a blast round the lanes to see what it can really do... OMG!!

I was taking it easy as it's wet as well (on the corners anyway), it was worth the wait.

A bit different to my Escort diesel estate that I traded in! LOL!
