Great site with lots of useful info. If I run into problems, I now know where to look.
Ex-pat living and working in DK for the past (dare I tell?) 30 years.
Been a happy owner of a 147 (5-door 1,6) for almost a year now.
Previous cars include Morris Mascot; Wolsey;Frog-eyed Sprite; a couple of Ford vans (short period when moving about) - and then Nissan for many years. Decided it was time for a change from a sensible car to one that I want to drive!
Have a 40 min drive to where I work, and apart from the ever increasing traffic densisty, enjoy driving even more now I have a car that feels right.

Re: New member

Nice to get such a lot of welcomes. I really enjoy plowing through the different forums, lots of gold to dig! Sorry to read that some alfaholics think that owners of a 147 or the new alfa's (read post 2000) think we cant recognize any other models. It's a pleasure looking at where we came from, and "old2 does have advantages (most of the time).
I have also tried the alfa wave but the alfa drivers here probably think I'm nuts.
