Hello AOs.. master key
Hello AOs..
glad to find this forum. I've had an alfa 147 for five years, loved it and have decided it's time to get the GTV. I've found two lovely examples (x and 03 reg) and wanted to buy them both until i found neither came with a master key.
The sellers and posts on this forum all say that's no problem.. you can clone keys BUT... what happens if by chance the ecu 'forgets' the keys. i guess this is rare but elsewhere i read a flat battery for long enough or even a jump start can result in loss of key codes requiring a reset, requiring a master key ...
am i worried about nothing?
