Newbie with lots to say n questions to ask

Hi everyone my name is Andy, I like to think of myself as a experienced mechanic, most of which is in the Vdub scene. Over the years I have acquired many makes n models of vehicles & always carried out my own repairs. In recent years I've rebuilt from the ground up a Golf mk4 VR6 that I still own & cherish. Anyway I've always had a wondering eye for the sexy Alfa's so I recently bought my 1st Alfa, albeit a 147jtdm 16v. It was a very cheap buy one I couldn't refuse however, it hasn't come cheap in the way of repairs (not that I expected any different) as it had been sat idle for the best part of 3-4 years, occasionally started up & run around the block by the previous owner! Anyway as to be expected I've had to renew many components along with a major service. I've stripped & rebuilt the turbo, cleaned out the egr, intake, intercooler bla bla bla.
I figured the only real way to experience the love/hate relasionship of these little Italian stallions was to do what I do best.. Get coverd in oil, smash my knuckles & exclaim many swear words, the later of which is fast becoming a regular occurrence lol. So my garage now resembles a warehouse of Alfa parts having now removed the box to replace the wonderful DMF & clutch, what I ball buster!! Although I have learned many little tricks n tips in doing so, which I shall share in a new thread for my new found family. So far I have completed all this work the old fashioned way.. By myself on my drive & mostly on my 43 year old worn out back.
I realise this isn't the correct place to start asking question however, whilst introducing myself I thought I'd get a quick sneaky one in.. Torque settings for the DMF bolts & should I renew them??

I look forward in getting to know y'all.
