My 147 1.6 sounds like a diesel on startup for about five seconds when car is cold, bought car from my local independant dealer about 2 months ago said they had changed all belts and the variator, took it back and asked about the noise, Quote! "Don't worry about that noise mate it's just the tappets, cams and things settling at startup"
Am I worriying about nothing or is my local dealer staffed by idots?
