I'm more of an E30 head and I'm building/restoring a E30 touring at the min (4yrs and counting
) and haven't owned a car in a few years.
Thats a photoshop of what the finished article should look like, with the exception of having a set of Hartge 16" split rim to go on (as well as the above wheels).
Recently moved back to Dublin for work, few quid spare and getting fed up relying on lifts and busses so I decided to have a look around for a daily driver.
Turns out these early 147's are quite cheap and picked one up yesterday
It has a bit of panel damage on the drivers door and rear quarter and some other little niggly bits but over all I'm happy out.
First job I'll be doing at the weekend is to put the seat down to the lowest setting, the regulator seems to be stuck up to, seen a thread on here and doesn't look to hard.
Also, going to order a facia plate, iso adapter and converter thing for the steering wheel buttons and fit a Alpine unit I have for the E30 which has a ubs port on it.
While I don't intent on doing much mods to this I can see myself getting nicer wheels and maybe a small drop. Do Alfa Romea do something similar to BMW and have a ///M tec / sport model with minor cosmetic and suspension tweaks?
Almost forgot a pic:
Also, why are the images not showing?
