So when some web software tells me to introduce myself to the forum, I duly follow suit. That must make me a sheep and a follower, right?
Except that I am soon to be an Alfa owner for the first time, so I'm hoping there is still a small piece of individualism and passion beating away somewhere inside this corporate body.
I will be collecting a new GT (2.0 JTS Lusso) from the one and only Tork Butt at Bishops, Guildford in September, i.e. on a 57 plate.
Am I excited at the thought of owning an Alfa? Definitely, it will be only the second car that I bought with my heart rather than my head (the first was an MX-5).
Am I worried about Alfa's history of reliability and build quality issues? Yes, a bit, which is why I'm here. I'm hoping I can get some feedback on what works and what doesn't, what I should do before and after I collect the car, maintenance hints and tips... generally good advice on how to be a happy Alfa owner.
I look forward to talking to you soon!
